Each product purchased on Gibu is covered by a guarantee, where the purchased profit finds lack of conformity. This guarantee does not apply if the defect or damage was caused by improper use of the product.
An important term to remember is the one within which the buyer must report the lack of conformity. This notification of non-conformity of the product must be made within 48 hours of delivery of the product, excluding holidays and non-working days. This communication must be made by email us this report must be supported by photos of the product.
Once the possible non-conformity defect has been verified, the object in question is collected by courier and replaced as soon as possible.
